Payments

Payment for services is due as specified in the applicable invoice or agreement. Accepted payment methods may include PayPal, UPI, bank transfers, cards via third-party payment processors, and stable cryptocurrencies (USDC or USDT), as indicated at the time of purchase.

You agree to provide accurate billing information and to notify us promptly of any billing issues or disputes.

Refunds

Unless otherwise stated in writing or required by applicable law, all payments are non-refundable.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to a billing error, duplicate charge, or legal requirement, you must submit a refund request in writing to hello@rishi.surf within a reasonable time. Refund eligibility and processing are determined at our discretion, subject to applicable laws.

User Content

You are responsible for any content, materials, or information you submit to us. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the services and, where applicable, showcasing completed work in portfolios or case studies, subject to any confidentiality or privacy obligations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or services.

Our total liability for any direct damages shall not exceed the total fees actually paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiations to resolve disputes before initiating formal legal proceedings.
