This Refund Policy applies to purchases and services made through rishi.surf, owned and operated by Rishi Yadav (“we”, “us”, or “our”). It also applies to any related services or offerings provided personally by Rishi Yadav. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” include Rishi Yadav, where applicable.

Summary

All sales are final unless an exception applies or a refund is required by applicable law. Due to the custom, project-based nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided once payment has been made.

This Policy applies to:

  • Consulting and professional services
  • Project-based work and retainers
  • Deposits and advance payments
  • Digital goods or deliverables sold directly via rishi.surf

No-Refund Policy

Except as expressly stated in this Policy or required by law, all payments are non-refundable. By purchasing any service, you acknowledge and agree that the sale is final.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in limited circumstances, including:

  • Duplicate charges or confirmed billing errors
  • Refunds required by applicable consumer protection laws
  • A material breach of an express written agreement by us

Any refund granted under these exceptions is determined at our discretion, subject to applicable law.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  • Provide your invoice number, transaction ID, or proof of payment
  • Clearly explain the reason for the request

We will acknowledge refund requests within 7 business days and may request additional information to verify your claim.

If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on your payment provider or financial institution.

Payment Processing & Fees

Payments are processed via third-party payment providers. Their terms and conditions apply. Processing fees, network fees, and currency conversion charges are non-refundable, and we are not responsible for fees retained by payment processors.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, you agree to contact us first to attempt a good-faith resolution. This Policy is governed by the laws of India, and mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction may also apply.
